I’m Casey, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania and Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Minnesota. I pursued my MSW degree at Edinboro University and graduated in 2019.

When I’m not working I enjoy spending time with my husband, toddler, and energetic Boston Terrier puppy. I love a good reality TV show and finding new recipes to try on Pinterest. I also love decorating (HomeGoods and Target runs, anyone?!). Dessert is my favorite meal of the day and I love Christmas time and all the cookies that come along with that season.

Most of my life I’ve loved getting to know people and I think I naturally found myself pursuing a career in therapy because of that. After completing my undergraduate degree in Speech and Hearing Science I knew I wanted to do something different. After graduating I traveled to many countries as I tried to understand that desire and I landed on the realization that there was one thing I always loved: hearing people’s stories. I believe so much healing can be found when we tell our stories, pinpoint the things that we want to heal from and work on, understand ourselves on a deeper level, and when can be seen and understood for our true, authentic selves. I chose the social work path as I believe that part of helping people involves identifying parts of our society that are not allowing certain groups of people to thrive and finding ways to alleviate those barriers is essential to my mission.
